AMERICAN AMATEUR BASEBALL CONGRESS (AABC) is the largest amateur baseball organization in the United States for players above junior baseball age and the only amateur baseball program, which provides progressive and continuous organized competition - sub teens through adults. It is coordinated with other programs through USA Baseball and the American Baseball Coaches Association. The mission of OCCM is to coordinate the efficient use of facilities available to the League and create a uniform atmosphere for youth baseball in California by accomplishing these goals, 1) To supervise and regulate personnel within the league, including umpires, managers, coaches, players, participants and all interested sponsors, 2) To raise funds for the assistance and development of the local baseball programs through memberships, sporting events, or other means deemed appropriate. 3) In general, to correlate and coordinate the endeavors of members and other interest groups in promoting the advancement and growth of Amateur baseball programs in Southern California, and to stimulate a greater application of the principles of good sportsmanship through team activities.

SUMMER, WINTER, & FALL SEASONS!

The 2008 season will run from June to August. For qualifying teams, immediately following league play will be the State Qualifier, State Tournament, Regional Tournament and AABC World Series. OCCM will have qualifying and prospective berth spots into AABC State Playoff starting the middle of July. The OCCM league plays weekly night games and double-header games on Saturdays or Sundays at local High Schools, JC Colleges, University fields & City Parks.
